How can I get some SKYSOCKS?
You can buy your favourite SKYSOCKS travel stockings at our online shop or obtain them from the pharmacy. By our commercial request you can find pharmacies that run our SKYSOCKS.
What is the difference between SKYSOCKS and conventional stockings and which function do travel stockings have?
SKYSOCKS are vitalizing stockings that relieve the legs remarkable. The pressure generated by the stockings gives a refreshing feeling all day long.
Why are travel stockings that important?
During flights, extended bus, train or car rides our leg veinshave to perform to their highest level. The blood circulating in the legs has to be constantly re-transported to the heart. Long hours of sitting and lack of physical activity, like it is usually on a journey, is not good for the legs. Your legs will always be relaxed with SKYSOCKS - the pressure generated by the stockings gives a refreshing feeling all day long. So you will reach your destination completely relaxed!

Which size is recommended?
SKYSOCKS travel stockings are unisex and available in double sizes. If you are uncertain about the size we recommend usually the larger size. (Sample: Your shoe size ist 39/40, in this case we would recommend you the SKYSOCKS size 40/41).
How do i wash and treat SKYSOCKS?
We recommend washing the stockings in a washbasin or a washing machine sensitive care with water temperature of max 40 degrees. Please do not use softener. Frequent washing does not harm. The stockings should be dried flat, avoid solar radiation and immediate heat. Please make sure that rings, pointed fingernails and cornea can damage the fine-knits.. 
Is there a minimum order value in SKYSOCKS Online-Shop?
There is no mimimum order value in our Online shop.
How much are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges within Germany are €2,95 below an order value of €30. From an order value of more than €30, we offer free shipping.
In Austria, we do carriage-free delivery from €60. Usual shipping charges to Austria are €11.95.
Which options of payment does the shop offer?
Germany: Payment by credit card, PayPal, direct debit and invoice

How can I return my order?
As a consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase. After receipt of the goods, you can revoke the purchasing contract within 14 days. There is a cancellation form available as download Please fill out the form and send it to us via email or attach it to your return. Within 14 days you can send the goods you would like to return back at your own expense to following adress:

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?
You have the possibility to have your order delivered to a packing station. Please do not forget to tell us the relevant data about your packing station.
When can i expect the delivery?
Orders that we receive before 12 o´clock are usually being delivered on the next workday (mon-fri) in Germany.. 
Which service provider is sending the order?
Your order will be sent by DPD.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there will either be a second delivery or your parcel will be handed over to a depot. In any case, you will be informed.
What are my options if my order is not complete or if I have received a wrong article?
If any article is missing or is wrong delivered, please contact our customer service: info@skysocks.de
What are my options in case of transport damage or technical problems?
If any article is damaged by transport, please do not receive the parcel so that it returns to us. Contact our customer service to get a new delivery.
You don´t like your ordered article?
You can cancel your purchasing by sending back the goods with the cancellation form.
Can I exchange my ordered article?
You can return the articel you do not want to keep and place a new order. The return will be offset with the new order.
When and how do I receive an invoice?
You will receive your invoice automatically to your listed email adress.
Do I receive a confirmation of receipt in case of a return.
As soon as we receive your return we will inspect it. If the goods are all right, it will be credited to you. You will receive the credit note via email.
